IMPORTANT DETAILS:
NATIONAL EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note the following:

All persons MUST pre book and abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Airport is open on normal hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 07.00 to 17.00, after this the gate is closed. Once the gate is closed there is NO access to the airport unless you are a member, if you know someone that is at the airport already you can ask them to come to the gate to OPEN from inside, the open & close procedure must be followed, if you leave the airport once the gate is closed it is your responsibility to organise your re-entry, this also applies to those who arrive after 17.00. PLEASE try to stay on site, the airport does not like the gate being used outside these hours. We are being monitored all the time.
2. Sunday & Monday, the airport is CLOSED, you MUST be in the airport during these times, unless you are a member, 07.15 to 08.00, after this time the entry gate will be closed, the same procedure applies to these days as in point one.
3. All camping must be booked & prepaid before the actual the event. We share your details with the Airport for security & safety reasons.
4. You are not to roam around the site due to security reasons. You are to stick to the highlight areas. If you are found outside these area's you will be escorted from the airfield. 
5. Spacing between caravans / motor homes / vehicles must be a min of 4mtrs, ALL round, this is to allow access for fire engines.
6. NO camping or parking near or in the tree line, NO tents at all in this area.
7. Tents to be at the grass to wards the tarmac, if using electric please advise on booking form & bring a long extension.
8. NO camping past the pile box.
9. NO camping or staying in the extra pit area on the grass by the toilets & track. 
10. NO camping or sleeping around the track, camping is only allowed in the area marked out area.​
